A planetary reconstruction effort had been underway since the great siege. It was spearheaded by Mordecai, Cino, Ori, and Aniki, who all contributed wares, materials, and manpower to rebuild the most damaged areas of the world quickly. Technologies unique to the Time Sweepers had been integrated organically into Falana's society, teaching even its more primitive people how to use computers, operate shuttles, and train with Sweepers. Nimbats flock freely with the larger ones, and the Tom Toms take up jobs carrying supplies from town to town. Celebrations were held from Aurora to Half and Half, which had expanded its population now that the off-worlders were new residents. Even Edinmire, after all the action it endured, was restored and made into a metropolis for all people, surrounded by the World Ships the Time Sweepers had converted into new areas of the megacity. Dust bounced off nonexistent walls through the wormhole in space and time, dropping Ahrah and fighting gravity to catch him. When he succeeded, the two were thrown onto a gravelly surface, rolling next to the rest of the gang already standing in awe at the sight of what lay ahead. As the Mithrarin recovered, he remarked, "Of all the other jumps, that was a much smoother ride than last...time..." Silenced by the view, Dust walked up to his little feline friend whose jaw was agape, dropping his Sweeper. Even the administrator remained speechless, recognizing their old home. The Time Factory. This once proud megastructure now lay in ruin. Much of its foundation was smashed open, exposing some of the inner workings of the facility, and its gears were no longer turning. The angelic clouds and nebulas surrounding the building were gloomier and menacing, shrouding any neighboring stars in an eerie gray mist. The only sign of life left in the forgotten land was perhaps its most dangerous.

It wasn't long before the tower was breached by swarms of Cat-Sith and Moonblood guards led by Picaro and Matti. While Matti smashed the legs of the mutated troops in the halls, Picaro blew chunks out of them with his heavy gun. Once inside the weapons depot, the dwarf blacksmith unlocked the shell cache for a quick, easy blow to the defenses. Two years and 25 chapters. That's how long it took to complete Dust and the Sweeper. Today is it's last day. Thank you to everyone who came in support of it, and to the creators and fans of Dust an Elysian Tail and Blinx the Time Sweeper ^^

Post-Toon Wars Update

It's been a minute since I spoke about Toon Wars in any huge way. Even the last one didn't go into too much detail since people could already see what I was uploading and most of what I needed updating was a chapter I was stuck on for Heroes of Power. But I feel like now is a great time to discuss what I've been planning on when it comes to the rest of the fanon side of things. ^^ To put it bluntly, once Toon Wars Legacy and the Gameverse Expansion are over, that's it for the main series. There's no big story I have left that'll go into the future like I did with Crossover Forces, and there's no major plotline left unturned by then. So what's there to do? For starters, this doesn't mean I'll be cutting off fanfics entirely. I still have plenty of ideas. And second, I'll be going into original projects full-time with Star Heart and Anthroshock :) I wanna try to be more transparent with them since I'm diving deeper into their development, getting feedback from friends, and reaching out

I wasn't expecting this. Toriyama, the man himself, passed away earlier. I may not talk a lot about anime, but Dragon Ball was one of the most influential franchises for me and a lot of others. And the list of things Akira has done goes on and on. I'll never forget the impact he had on my work, and what he's left behind for us. May he rest in peace
